Where it started

Every step of a rental lives in a different tool. It always has.

A rental desk juggles leads, quotations, inventory, work orders, delivery challans and invoices. Each sits in its own place. None of them talk.

A quote is built in one system, stock is checked in another, the challan is written by hand, and the invoice is re-keyed into Tally. Between every step is a person copying numbers and remembering what is out, what is due back, and who has not paid.
